A treatment designed to relax or energize the body. Gentle, flowing massage strokes are used to manipulate the soft tissues of the body. This treatment can also utilize trigger point therapy, which involves alternating levels of concentrated, static pressure to tender muscle tissue in order to relieve pain and dysfunction in other parts of the body. Benefits include relaxation, elimination of toxins from the body, dispersal of lactic acid, improved circulation which may speed healing and reduce swelling from injury, daily stress relief, muscle toning and releasing restricted areas in the muscles thus alleviating pain.

Thai-Shiatsu Massage

Passive, yogic stretching and compression along the body’s energy lines to increase flexibility, relieve muscle and joint tension,and balance the body’s energy systems.
